Shipping

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. In the event of temporary unavailability of one or more products, shipping times may vary. In this case, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose whether to wait or cancel the order.

Delivery times are indicative and not binding, as they depend on the courier and the destination.

General Notes

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.

If the shipment is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the Customer, such as an incorrect address, recipient absence, or unjustified refusal, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Tracking

When the order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking code to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery Check

Upon delivery, the Customer must check that the package is intact.

In the event of visible anomalies, such as a damaged or tampered package, the Customer must:

• sign with reservation;
• or refuse the delivery.

Returns

Legal Seller Warranty

Cravattificio Italiano provides, pursuant to and for the purposes of Directive 1999/44/EC, a legal warranty on the product for any lack of conformity with the qualities set out in the sales contract.

In the event of product conformity defects, this warranty allows the Buyer to obtain repair or replacement of the product, a price reduction, or termination of the contract in accordance with the above directive.

The purchased product may be replaced provided that it has not been used, is in perfect condition as shipped, and the request is made within 30 days of receipt.

The return shipping cost is borne by the Buyer, except in the case of defects.
