1. Acceptance of the terms
The contract is deemed concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation by email. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and fully accepted these terms. Nomos Consulting S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept orders, informing the Customer accordingly.
2. Purchase process
The Customer may purchase the products available in the online catalog at the time of the order. Technical information is provided as accurately as possible; however, any color differences may depend on the device used. The order confirmation is sent by email and contains all the details entered by the Customer, who is required to verify their accuracy. The Customer may monitor the order status by accessing their personal area.
3. Prices and availability
All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prejudice to the price applied at the time of the order. Product availability is indicative: in case of unavailability, the Customer will be informed promptly.
4. Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card (Stripe)
- PayPal
- Advance bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (where legally allowed)
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery is carried out by courier. For each order, the appropriate fiscal documentation is issued based on the data provided by the Customer. Upon delivery, the Customer must verify that the number of packages matches the shipping documents and that the packaging is intact and undamaged. Any anomalies must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. The courier is not authorized to open the parcel.
6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and displayed during checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact the Seller. The product must be intact, returned in its original packaging, and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods or proof of shipment. The right of withdrawal lapses in case of damaged product, missing original packaging, or use of the product.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against defects of conformity.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with the applicable legislation. For more information, please see the Privacy section of the website.
10. Refunds
Any refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or, where not possible, by bank transfer.
11. Complaints
Any complaints must be sent through the Contact section of the website or by email.
12. Applicable law
The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes, the court of the consumer shall have jurisdiction where provided by law.
13. Amendments
Nomos Consulting S.r.l. reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
